Book a Free Consult: LGBTQ+ Counselling in Melbourne
Reaching out is often the hardest step. Whether you have questions or you're ready to book, I'd love to hear from you. I work with LGBTQ+ people navigating shame and trauma, and I offer a free 30-minute check-in so we can see if we're a good fit.
I understand that finding a therapist who you connect with and actually gets your experience can feel exhausting. You don't need to explain yourself from scratch. I've been an LGBTQ+ affirming trauma therapist in Melbourne since 2020, working from my Thornbury office and online across Australia.

You may be wondering who else is a good fit for you. Here is a list of other queer psychologists and LGBTQIA-friendly therapists in Melbourne.
